Preamble

The Bavarois Dart Liga is a weekly tournament and a quarterly championship organized by the Au Bavarois venue.

These regulations define the conditions of participation, organization and conduct of tournaments, within a sporting, fair, safe framework compliant with French regulations.

Any participation implies full and unconditional acceptance of these regulations.

Article 1 — Registration and game tokens

Tournament registration is validated only after payment of three (3) game tokens.

These tokens, identical to those used on the dart machines, constitute a means of access to the game and tournaments. They are in no way a stake, a bet, a financial wager or funding for prizes.

Tokens are purchased exclusively at the bar, individually or in packs at discounted rates. They are neither refundable, convertible, nor exchangeable.

Registration hours

Until 6:00 PM the day before: via the online application
From 6:00 PM to 6:45 PM on the day itself: only at the bar
Tournament start: 7:15 PM sharp

Any delay results in a forfeit without compensation.

Absence joker

Each player has one absence joker:

1st absence after registration: joker used
2nd absence after registration: permanent removal of remote registration ability

Article 2 — VIP status

The VIP account offers practical and pricing benefits, including:

Preferential rates on game tokens
Provision of a personal locker

VIP status grants no sporting advantage: no registration priority, no additional prize, no points bonus, no impact on rankings.

Article 3 — Bavarois Tokens, prizes and financial neutrality

All prizes are fully offered by Au Bavarois.

Tokens purchased by players in no way fund tournament or championship prizes.

The Bavarois Token is a physical token corresponding to an internal commercial discount of 2 €, usable only on a subsequent order at the bar.

The Bavarois Token has no monetary value, is neither a currency, a voucher, nor a means of payment, and is neither refundable, convertible, nor exchangeable.

Article 4 — Legal compliance

Au Bavarois complies with the Evin law, the law of 21 May 1836, the French Internal Security Code and all obligations applicable to licensed premises.

Any bet, arrangement or side bet, with or without money, is strictly forbidden.

Article 5 — Quarterly championship

The Bavarois Dart Liga championship runs over a period of three (3) months.

Points earned in the weekly tournaments are added to establish the overall ranking.

Decision of the Tournament Director (TD)

DartLiga points are strictly a sporting ranking tool. They cannot be exchanged, sold, converted or transferred.

Article 6 — Championship prizes

Championship prizes are 100% offered by Au Bavarois.

Distribution: 50% in goodies, 50% in Bavarois Tokens.

Article 7 — Tournament format

Tournaments follow a double elimination format. A player is permanently eliminated after two defeats.

Possible game modes: 301, Cricket, Hunter and other variants. An official calendar of formats is available.

Article 8 — Discipline, flow and time of play

No breaks are allowed during a match.

Players must take care of restrooms, cigarettes, drinks and equipment before their match is called.

Each match is subject to a time limit announced at the start of the tournament.

A player absent when their match is called is declared the loser.

Article 9 — Safety and conduct

Any person showing obvious intoxication, aggressive or dangerous behavior may be excluded immediately.

It is forbidden to:

Throw out of turn
Step over the oche
Approach a thrower in action
Touch a machine in operation

Any intimidation, insult or psychological pressure is strictly forbidden.

Article 10 — Equipment and machines

It is forbidden to hit, shake or tamper with the machines. Any deliberate damage results in immediate exclusion and reimbursement.

Article 11 — Personal player equipment

Each player may use their own darts equipment, provided it meets safety standards. The TD may prohibit any equipment deemed dangerous or non-compliant.

Article 12 — Score validation

Players must verify the displayed score together. Once validated, the score becomes final. Any falsification constitutes a serious offense.

Article 13 — Technical incident or interruption

In case of breakdown or bug, the TD may restart the match, transfer to another machine or cancel it.

In case of permanent interruption: remaining prizes are averaged and distributed equitably.

Article 14 — Withdrawals

A withdrawal entails the loss of all remaining matches. A withdrawal without valid reason forfeits all prizes and leads to exclusion from the next tournament.

Article 15 — Anti-collusion, betting and arrangements

Strictly forbidden: collusion, cheating, outside assistance, phone use during a match, deliberate arrangement, intentional loss ("soft play"), bet or side bet. Any breach leads to immediate exclusion and possible removal.

Article 16 — Minors and intoxication

Participation is forbidden to minors. An ID may be required.

Article 17 — Image rights

Au Bavarois may take photographs and videos for communication purposes. Any player may object to the publication of their image by informing the TD.

Article 18 — Personal data (GDPR)

Collected data is used solely for tournament management. No data is transferred to third parties. Any data can be deleted on simple request. Full privacy policy.

Article 19 — Liability

Personal belongings remain the responsibility of the players.

Article 20 — Force majeure

In case of a major event, the tournament may be cancelled or postponed without compensation.

Article 21 — Tournament Director

The Tournament Director interprets the regulations, settles disputes and decides on sanctions. Their decisions are final and without appeal.

Article 22 — Regulation updates

These regulations may be modified. Any modification is subject to prior notice. Modifications cannot have retroactive effect. Any exceptional tolerance does not constitute an acquired right.

Article 23 — Acceptance of the regulations

        Any participation constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these regulations.
