Terms of Use
Article 1 - Purpose
These Terms of Use (the "Terms") define the conditions for using the site Au Bavarois Dart Liga (the "Site"), published by Au Bavarois, as well as the rights and obligations of the parties.
The Site's purpose is the organization, management and publication of darts tournaments held at Au Bavarois. It allows players to register, view rankings, and participate in the community life of the venue.
Article 2 - Acceptance of the Terms
Use of the Site implies unconditional acceptance of these Terms. By creating a player account, the User acknowledges having read the Terms and expressly accepts them.
The Terms may be modified at any time. Users are invited to review them regularly.
Article 3 - Access to the Site
Access to the Site is free. Some features (tournament registration, chat, personal data consultation) require creating an account.
3.1 Registration requirements
- Be at least 15 years old (in accordance with the French Data Protection Act, Article 45).
- Have a valid email address.
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information.
- Accept these Terms and the privacy policy.
3.2 Availability
The publisher endeavors to ensure the Site is accessible 24/7. However, access may be temporarily suspended for maintenance, updates, or in case of force majeure, without engaging the publisher's responsibility.
Article 4 - User Account
Each User is responsible for the confidentiality of their credentials. Any connection to the Site with their credentials is deemed to have been made by themselves.
The User agrees to:
- Choose a strong password and keep it confidential.
- Not share their account with third parties.
- Report any unauthorized use of their account immediately.
- Not create multiple accounts.
Article 5 - Tournament registration
Tournament registration is open according to a schedule defined by the publisher. Since places are limited, registration is in chronological order with a waiting list if full.
Tournament registration is free. Actual participation requires payment of the game tokens set for the tournament (standard cost: 3 tokens, i.e. 6 EUR at the unit price), payable at the bar counter in accordance with the Terms of Sale. Tokens cover the maintenance and upkeep of the game machines and do not constitute consideration for a prize. Any prizes are offered by the venue and do not constitute financial consideration for registration (skill contest, not subject to lottery regulations).
5.1 Cancellation and absence
The User may cancel their registration until the day before the tournament. Any unjustified absence (no-show) may lead to a warning, then sanctions (suspension over several subsequent tournaments) upon recurrence.
Article 6 - Conduct and atmosphere
The User agrees to:
- Respect other players, staff and the premises.
- Play in the spirit of sportsmanship and fair play.
- Not cheat or sabotage other players' matches.
- Respect game rules and organizers' decisions.
Article 7 - Chat and communications
The integrated chat is a community discussion space. The User agrees to post respectful, law-abiding messages. Strictly forbidden:
- Insults, slurs, defamatory or threatening statements.
- Racist, sexist, homophobic or any discriminatory content.
- Sexual, violent or illegal content.
- Spam, unsolicited advertising.
- Links to external sites without authorization.
Any breach may lead to temporary mute, then permanent ban from the chat or site.
Article 8 - Image rights
Photos may be taken during tournaments. Their use is strictly conditional on the player's consent, which can be given or withdrawn at any time from their profile.

Article 9 - Intellectual property
All elements of the Site (text, images, logo, design, source code) are the exclusive property of the publisher or its partners. Any unauthorized reproduction or use is prohibited.
Article 10 - Liability
The publisher cannot be held liable for:
- Direct or indirect damages resulting from use of the Site.
- Service interruptions or temporary bugs.
- Actions or statements of other Users.
- The use Users make of data consulted on the Site.
Article 11 - Sanctions and termination
In case of breach of these Terms, the publisher reserves the right to suspend or delete the User's account, without notice or compensation.
The User may delete their account at any time from their profile. Data is then erased within 30 days (except legal retention obligations).

Article 13 - Applicable law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by French law. In case of dispute, after attempting amicable resolution, the consumer Client may, at their choice, bring the matter before the court of the place where they resided at the time the contract was concluded or where the harmful event occurred, or before the court of the publisher's place of establishment (Annecy), in accordance with Article R631-3 of the French Consumer Code.
